This policy governs the process solely between the reporting party (“Reporter”) and the Store Owner ("We") only. 

A. PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT:

If you believe that content located on or accessible through the website infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a written infringement notice to us containing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property right claimed to have been infringed, including registration numbers if applicable;

2. Identification of the content alleged to be infringing and its location on the website with sufficient detail;

3. Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;

4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law;

5. A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder;

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

B. Store Owner Review & Response:

Upon receipt of a complete infringement notice, we will review the reported content in good faith for dispute-resolution purposes. Following such review, we may, at our sole discretion:

1. Remove, disable, or modify the reported content and notify you of the action taken; or

2. Decline to take action and provide you with a written response explaining the reason, including where the notice is incomplete, unsupported, or does not reasonably demonstrate infringement;

3. Request additional information or clarification from you where necessary to complete our review.

Any action or inaction taken by us under this section is for dispute-resolution purposes only and does not constitute an admission of infringement, wrongdoing, or legal liability.

Any party who knowingly submits false, misleading, or fraudulent infringement claims or responses may be subject to legal liability under applicable law.
